Information Concerning Car Drop Off/Pick Up at Highland Please remember when dropping students off at Highland that the car drop off line closes at 8:10 a.m. After that, students need to be dropped off on the circle driveway at the main entrance from 8:10-8:25. Parents of 4th and 5th grade students being dropped off in the morning at Highland for shuttle buses, please make sure your student is dropped off at Highland by 8:05 a.m. The shuttle buses will be leaving Highland for the Annex at 8:05 a.m. Since the shuttle buses will arrive at Highland from the Annex around 3:10 p.m., parents picking them up do not need to be at Highland until 3:15 p.m. or later. Parents please make sure you are keeping up with the latest Highland info! Mask Expectations: EVSC has provided one cloth mask for every student and Highland and Highland Annex. Students must arrive at school in a clean mask each day. Students are expected to wear their masks into the building until they are seated at their desks in their classroom. Anytime students are out of their seat they will be expected to be wearing their mask. During dismal students are expected to be wearing masks. Water Bottle Expectations: There are two water bottle filling stations at Highland One is located in the first-grade hallway where the water fountains are located One is located in the third-grade hallway where the water fountains are located We are encouraging students to bring water 16oz or smaller water bottles to school.
