For the party, we will have a fun presentation or planned activity (not confirmed yet) for 30 min and 30 min play time on the green playground/Bonny Brae/snack time. The party fee is $5 (this covers fall and spring.)

Highland Parents,
Grades 1,2, 3, 4, and 5 will be outside to watch the solar eclipse. EVSC is supplying the viewing glasses for these grades. Grades Kindergarten will be in their classrooms during this time. Parent’s also have the option of keeping their students at home for the whole day to watch the Solar Eclipse and have a Principal Excused Day (the day will not count against students) To avoid chaos we are asking parents to please keep students out the entire day; we’d like to avoid midday pick-ups. Please still call in the morning of Monday, August 21 and leave a message on voicemail that you are keeping your student home to watch Solar Eclipse. Everything you need to know about the solar eclipse on Monday. Click NASA.
Students received an informational letter about RDS and setting up an account. I highly recommend setting up the account. It is great way to stay on top of homework and grades.
